It gets quite deep so you have to watch the little ones. Enjoy incredible fishing. This is an ultra private 3 acres of property and 125' of waterfront.

There is excellent swimming on a deep river, with a meandering creek running through the property for kids to splash in or chase frogs. It was just renovated to a cozy cottage for comfort and also offers a new deck on the water. Also has screened area and firepit for your enjoyment.

The river is used by the Gooderham Canoe regatta and is the best canoeing in the area. Canoe and paddles are available.
